Los - The Los Angeles Lakers have to do without playmaker Steve Nash the full season of the North American basketball league NBA.

As the club announced that the 40-year-old continues to suffer from severe pain in the lower back, resulting from the nerve inflammation. Because of this violation Nash had problems in previous years and was able to complete only 15 of the 82 games in the preseason.

The Canadian, who was 2005 and 2006 Most Valuable Player of the NBA, is on the third and last year of his contract with the Lakers. Many observers and experts now believe that Nash will end his career after the re-check.
